JoJo's Bizarre "Baby Food" Bread Pudding

JoJo's Bizarre "Baby Food" Bread Pudding Stardust Crusaders Episode 20

Alright, fellow JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans, hold onto your Stands because we're about to embark on a culinary adventure inspired by none other than Mannish Boy himself! You remember that sinister little villain from Stardust Crusaders Episode 20, right? The one who gave us nightmares with his doll Stand? Today, we're going to create a dessert that even Mannish Boy would have never seen coming – JoJo’s Bizarre “Baby Food” Bread Pudding, complete with a playful nod to Joseph Joestar's hilarious baby food scene!

Ingredients

Stale Bread 16 oz

Butter ¼ cup

Eggs 4

Heavy Cream ¾ cup / 165 grams

Milk 1½ cups / 365 grams

Sweet Condensed Milk 14 ounces / 360 grams

Brown Sugar ½ cup / 50 grams

White Sugar ½ cup / 65 grams

Vanilla 1 Tablespoon / 15 grams

Cinnamon ½ teaspoon / 2 grams

Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon / 1 gram

Clove ¼ teaspoon / 1 gram

Salt ½ teaspoon / 2 grams

Banana (Brown) 4 / 300 grams

Walnuts ¾ cup / 70 grams

Chocolate Chips ¾ cup / 125 grams

Technique

  1. Cut stale bread into 1” cubes and place into a bowl. Melt ¼ cup of butter and mix with bread chunks. Set aside.

  2. Mix together in a bowl eggs, cream, milk, sweet condensed milk, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, salt, banana, ½ cup of walnuts, and ½ cup of chocolate chips. Save extra walnuts and chocolate chips for topping.

  3. Butter and flour a 13” x 9” baking dish. This will prevent the bread pudding from sticking.

  4. Pour butter bread chunks into the baking dish. Pour wet mix over bread chunks and mix slowly so that all the bread chunks get covered in liquid.

  5. Cover and let sit overnight or for 1 hour minimum. This will allow the bread chunks to soak up all that wet mix and flavor.

  6. Preheat oven to 350° F and bake bread pudding for 45 or until golden brown. Use a toothpick to insert it into the bread pudding. If no ingredients come out on the toothpick it is ready.

  7. Let side and cool for 15-20 minutes.

  8. Cut a piece out and enjoy while finishing up Stardust Crusaders.

  9. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy cold or warm in the future.

There you have it, folks! JoJo’s Bizarre “Baby Food” Bread Pudding, with a twist inspired by Joseph Joestar's unforgettable baby food scene. It may not have Mannish Boy's malevolence, but it sure has the power to make your taste buds go wild with delight. Whether you're a JoJo fan or someone with a sweet tooth and a sense of humor, this bread pudding is your ticket to dessert nirvana.

So, go ahead, whip up this quirky dessert, and have a blast recreating Joseph Joestar's culinary shenanigans. Just remember to keep an eye out for Stand users lurking nearby – you never know when your dessert might awaken some bizarre powers of its own!
